Miranda fans will rush to the Citadel once her e-mail turns up at your private terminal. If a relationship was established in ME2, Shepard can confess his feelings for Miranda. Miranda won't act upon these feelings at that moment, but once Shepard warns her of Kai Leng and Cerberus, Miranda will be whistling a different tune. She invites Shepard into a private room in the Presidium Commons where, after a heartfelt conversation, the relationship is revived.
This may be your last chance to be with a genetically-altered perfect woman, so do yourself a favor and don't chicken out.
