Sometimes it's kind of tough to keep track of the action here, what with the insane amount of flashy effects, teammates hopping in to help from the sidelines, and ridiculously quick fighting. But dang, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 holds up reaaaaaaaaally well. Sitting down with a couple buddies and taking turns pummeling each other with amalgamated teams of three is a hoot. And because the special moves are simple to execute it makes it easy to get into a flow of walloping your opponents with huge combos. The hardcore aren't being neglected here, though. If you take the time to learn a specific set of characters you're going to walk all over any opposing player.
