Although Microsoft stayed mum on release
details for Kinect at their big Experience Natal event last night, it appears a marketing
document shows (as reported by MCV) that the motion control device will be out in
November.
No specific date was given, and it's also still unclear whether the
November rele
ase will be global, or if it'll be launched in, say, North
America first with a Europe and Asia release following later. A price
also hasn't been announced, but recent rumors peg it at $149.
All these specific details are likely to come at Microsoft's
proper pre-E3 press conference,
which is set to take place today at 10AM PST (1PM EST). Be sure to check
back then, as we'll be providing full coverage of all of Microsoft's
big announcements.
