Designed for both upskilling existing team members and preparing new hires, this 16-week training blends online didactic learning, lab simulations, and in-person clinical instruction to build confidence, competency, and consistency in sterile processing roles.
Learners complete 12 weeks of online coursework and lab activities followed by 4 weeks of hands-on clinical experience, before culminating in the preparation to sit for the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) exam. (1)
