The app requires you to login with your credentials that you normally use to login into the VRVWeb web application. In order to authenticate you, we will transmit information related to your login such as your username, security answers and password over an encrypted channel to our servers. The information supplied by you is only used for authentication purposes during the login process and not retained in any file for later usage. During your usage of the app, we will retain information related to your activities in the app including but not limited to functionality accessed by you in the app, the records assigned to you that you update with cause of death information, and the records certified by you.
The app does not use third party services and does not directly or indirectly collect your personal information.
The app does not request your location data and does not use third party services that would depend on your location data.
Data Logging and Usage
We want to inform you that whenever you submit the cause of death or certify a record using our app, your request may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or the time and date of your request. This information will get logged in the log files of the servers that process your request from this app. Your IP information is not extracted from the log files for any other purposes nor are the log files shared with any third party.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This app does not use these “cookies” itself or through third party services.
