At the Insight Studio, all managers are tasked with vetting graduate school candidates who apply to join the team. We receive hundreds of resumes for each position and I noticed how difficult it was to get a clear picture of candidate backgrounds from traditional resumes. I decided to redesign my own to visually depict my career journey, accomplishments, and skills. The result is displayed below!
