We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Service or any portion of the Service, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any content, program, product, service or other feature that iRidium provides.

If it came to Your knowledge of any violation of the requirements of this Privacy Policy, and (or) the Russian Federation legislation on personal data with regard to User’s disclosed information (including, without limitation, collection rules, processing, transmission, storage, information distribution), You should notify iRidium by sending message at the email address listed above.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

5.1. iRidium does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. If we learns that iRidium has inadvertently gathered personal data from children under 16 years of age, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such personal data from iRidium ’s records.
