iRidium Privacy Policy

Limited Liability company iRidium (“we”) collects, stores, uses, shares and protects your information in connection and for providing and developing programs and applications, iRidium services and web sites (combined – “Services”, “Products”) in accordance to this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

In general, we only collect information that allows us to provide you with our Services on the highest level possible. It foresees, for instance, performing simple actions like addressing you by name, the name and the email address that you will decide to disclose. It also helps us to protect our Services from fraud and spam, and gives us a unique understanding of what additional services might be helpful for achieving all the purposes set out in this Policy below.

Scope and Consent:

Before you start using our products, it is important you understand that by using our Services you give your consent tp collect, use, disclose and keep your personal data and other information. You can be sure that we will only use your information as described in this Policy.
By using the Services, you are also agreeing with our Terms of Use. Please, do not install and do not use the Services if you disagree with the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy is applicable to all visitors, users and other parties having access to the Services (“Users”).
Upon creating an account and using the Services, you confirm that you are the owner of the data provided and are authorized to provide this data.

Information We Collect:

We collect the minimum information required to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy (see below), and you have the ability to limit such collection of information as specified below under “Your Choices” section:
a) Signing up and account information: While using our Services you voluntarily give us your personal information (e.g. name, email address, phone number, country and place of residence, and, if necessary, billing information), thus you are not an anonymous user for us.
(b) Information in social media: if you sign in your iRidium account through your social media account, e.g. Facebook or VK, you agree to provide us with a long-term access to your personal data on such websites (e.g. your public profile, accounts you have or associated with, your email address, date of birth, place of residence, info).
(c) Information from other sources: the information we collect may be combined with the information from outside sources (e.g. demographical data and additional contact information) which we legally acquired.
(d) Additional information: we might collect additional information when you access the application through certain devices (e.g. IMEI of your mobile device, information about the operating system of your mobile device, about your browser, the language of your browser or operating system; about your wireless network and your mobile carrier. We may also collect WPS location data – you can choose whether to allow this by changing your geolocation tracking settings.
(e) Information from the web server. When you use our Services our web servers automatically record some information of the system logbook including your web enquiry, IP, browser type, the page of enquiry/enter and URL-addresses, the number of clicks and information about your activity with links on the Services, domain names, targeted advertising pages, browsed pages and other similar information. We also may collect similar information from electronic messages sent to our users which then helps us to monitor which messages are opened and which links are clicked by the users. This information allows us to provide a more targeted topics of messages and improvement of the Services.

Uses and Retention:

Our mission is to constantly improve our Services and offer you new opportunities. Within this goal we might use information provided by you to:
(a) a) To assure the accessibility of our Service: We use the information about your Signing up and Account to:
(i) Register you for the Service and create your iRidium User Account;
(ii) Create your profile at the website;
(iii) Process your payments;
(iv) Provide support, give your information about your account and respond to your requests;
(v) Personalize your experience, providing content on the Service including targeted advertising of iRidium services and partner services which, as we believe, might be of interest to you; personalization may include automated content decisions and time of its demonstration but you can be sure it will not have any legal consequences for you;
(vi) Synchronize projects among iRidium applications running on Windows, MacOS, Linux iOS and Android.
If you deactivate your account, it will lead to an immediate deletion of the projects from our servers without an opportunity of a future restoration (more about it below). Otherwise, we keep the information as long as you use the Service to ensure operability of all its functions.
(b) To improve our Services: we use information about the Service usage (as described above) to get a better understanding of the web behavior, detect potential service malfunctions and technical problems (it helps us to notice things like a drop in data exchange speed, Service unavailability, etc.) to improve the quality of our Services.
(c) To offer new opportunities: within additional services which are provided by us or our partners via iRidium, we may use your user’s information to continuous optimize and personalize such services as well as to send individual messages about new offers which, in our opinion, might be interesting to you.
(d) To process your payments: We may use your information like your name and email address to process your payments for the Services through a secured third-party service provider.
(e) To prevent fraud; to ensure the enforcement of existing laws: We may use your information to prevent, detect and investigate cases of fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, to protect our trademarks and to enforce our Terms of Use.
(f) To communicate with you: We would like to keep in touch with you. We may use your information to contact you (via messages or other means) to maintain the support of the App.

Data Storage:

Unless specified otherwise, we retain your information as long as it is needed and up-to-date for us to achieve the aforementioned purposes or to provide the accordance to our legal obligations in data protection. After your account deactivation, we will keep the minimal amount of information about you which we are obliged to keep in accordance to legal requirements. We can keep activity data on condition of anonymity with the view of improving our service.

Disclosure:

You can be sure in your information safety. Personal data provided by you may be shared with our affiliates and/or partners if it is considered necessary for keeping and maintaining the service and for providing our products and services. In such cases we guarantee that our partners and/or affiliates will take responsibility to protect your personal information within the scope ensured by these General Terms.

Legal and Law Enforcement:

We may disclose your information to law enforcement, government agencies or authorized third parties in response to a verified request relating to prevention of terror acts, criminal cases, alleged illegal activity or any other activity which may expose us, you or any other user of the Service to legal liability.

Information You Share Publicly:

Some of our services allow you to openly share information with other users. If you post information on a public feature of our Service, for example, Find a dealer section where data of our Integrator users is posted, do not forget that this information is open for the users of our Service and may become public on the Internet. We cannot control further usage of this information or prevent it from spreading, so make sure that you only post the information that you are happy to be seen publicly.

Cookie and Tracking Technologies:

When you use the App or go on the Website we and our partners may use Cookie files and other tracking technologies for different purposes. Data collected by iRidium with cookies cannot be used for starting programs or infecting the User’s computer with viruses.

Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information:

As a registered user you can review and change your personal information at any time by accessing your account on the Website or contacting our Customers’ Support at support@iridiummobile.ru. The response period is 30 days. Please be sure to update your personal information if it changes or becomes inaccurate. We may retain your information as long as your account is active or it is needed for service providing .If you want to terminate your account or demand not to use the information for service providing any further, contact us via email stated above. We might keep some data of deactivated accounts to enforce the effective laws, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolving disputes, to analyze or troubleshoot programs and enforce the Terms of Use or take other actions permitted by law. Likewise, if your account was terminated or suspended, we may maintain some information to prevent you from re-registering.

Specific Location Practices:

California (USA) Privacy Disclosures

Residents of the State of California (USA) have a right to request a list of all third-parties to which our App has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California Law) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If you are a resident of California and would like to get such a list, contact us at contact@iridiummobile.ru. For all requests, please make sure that you put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your full name, address, city, state and zip code. We kindly ask you to provide sufficient information in the body of your request for us to be able to determine if the aforementioned requirements applicable to your situation or not. You have to confirm that you are a resident of the state of California (USA) and provide your current address in California for getting our response. Please note that we do not accept requests via the telephone, mail or by facsimile, and are not responsible for enquires which are not labeled or sent properly or do not have complete information. At the moment iRidium does not take any actions to respond to DNT (Do Not Track) signals because a uniform technological standard is currently being developed. We are continuing to study new technologies and might adopt such a standard once it is developed.

European Economical Area Privacy Rights:

If you use our services from the EEA, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, subject to local law. In accordance to these rules you can: access your personal information, rectify the information we hold about you, erase your personal information, restrict our use of your personal information, receive your personal information in a usable electronic format and transmit it to a third party (right to data portability), lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If, however, you believe that we have not been able to assist with your complaint or concern, you have the right to make a complaint to your local data protection authority

Russian Federation Privacy Rights:

If you use our services from the Russian Federation, as by local law you give your consent to process your personal data, namely to take actions stated in item 3 part 1 article 3 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FL “On Personal Data” and confirm that by giving such a consent you act willingly and according to your own interests.

Third-Party Websites and Apps:

Our app may contain links to third-party websites or you may access Apps from third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party websites.

Security:

We know that security is important to our users and we care about the security of your information. We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect the security of your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers and information access authorization controls. We need your help too: it is your responsibility to make sure that your personal information is accurate and that your password(s) and account registration information are secure and not shared with third-parties. Despite our taking all measures to avoid unauthorized disclosure of your personal data, we cannot guarantee that some of the collected personal data will not be disclosed in a manner that does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions. Accidental disclosure might happen, for example as a result of false distortion while accessing some websites which contain such data with a view of correcting possible mistakes in the data. We do not take full legal responsibility for any harm done to users or third parties connected with accidental personal information disclosure.

Children’s Privacy:

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information via our websites, applications, services, or tools from anyone under 13. In the EEA, certain default privacy settings will be applied to users under the age of 16 and can only be changed if the legal guardian instructs so in writing.

Cross Border Data Transfer:

We operate internationally and provide our Services to iRidium users worldwide allowing them to control devices from any part of the world. That means that your personal information may need to be processed in countries where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in your home country. We store and process your personal information on our computers in the United States, Asia, Europe (including Russia) and use service providers that may be located in various locations outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).We have put in place appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) in accordance with applicable legal requirements to ensure that your data is adequately protected. From time to time, as our services evolve, we may update this Policy. You agree that we may notify you about material changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a notice on the Website or on the App. Please check the App and Personal Profile on a regular basis for updates.
