Consent for Personal Data Processing

This consent is an integral part of the iRidium Privacy Policy. Upon registering on the iRidium Services you are joining this Consent and hereby:

• confirm that personal data stated by you belongs to you;
• declare and confirm that you have studied this Consent attentively and fully as well as all the conditions of the Consent for processing the personal data that you stated on the registration fields of our Services;
• declare and confirm that you understand all the clauses of this Consent as well as the conditions of the personal data processing;
• give the Service your consent to process data provided by you in order to register the User (you) on the Service;
• agree with the conditions of the personal data processing without any exceptions or limitations;
• • give your consent for personal data processing namely for taking actions stated in Clause 3, Article 3 of Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and confirm that you give this consent of your own free will and in your interest.

The User’s (your) consent for personal data processing is specific, informed and willful.
This User’s (your) consent is given for processing the following personal data:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• phone numbers;
• email addresses;
• addresses.

You give the Service a right to take the following actions (operations) with your personal data:

• collection and accumulation;
• storage within the period stated by legal documents on records storage but for at least three years after the termination of the Service usage by the User;
• adjustment (update, change);
• utilization for User’s registration on the Services;
• destruction;
• transfer by court order, including transfer to third parties adopting the measures providing personal data protection from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid permanently after giving personal data and may be withdrawn by you by submitting a request to the iRidium Customer Support service with noting the data stated in article 14 of the Law “On Personal Data”. The consent withdrawal may be performed by sending an according request in a simple written form to contact@iridiummobile.ru.
The Service is responsible for neither authorized nor unauthorized usage of the personal data posted by the User on the Service by third parties including its reproduction and spreading made by all means possible.
The Service has a right to make amendments to this Consent. Upon making amendments to the effective version the date of the last update is stated.
The new version of the Consent comes into effect from the moment of its posting if another is not foreseen by the new version of the Consent.
The effective version can always be found on the website www.iridi.com
Substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation is enforced to the adoption of this Consent and relationships between the User and the Service existing because of this Consent.
