A2 Stock Recoil Pad: The Kick-Eez A2 Stock Recoil Pad is a new, pre-fit recoil pad for A2 synthetic stocks. It is designed to fit most A2 composite synthetic stocks that feature a trap door. The pre-fit pad requires no modifications to the stock and can be installed in a few simple steps.

Used this to replace the factory plastic pad on my decades-old Ithaca 37 featherlight. Width was a perfect match, and just needed a few millimeters sanded off around the bottom of the stock as expected. The pad was a perfect fit on my AR10 with a Magpul PRS lite. I’ll get the rifle out to the range in the next couple weeks and update the post then.

Due to age, temperature and humidity and fluctuations over a period of time, or possibly your gun has been modified, it is necessary to compare your stock with the individual templates for KICK-EEZ Pre-Fit Pads. We have 10 different Pre-Fit Pads in stock and they have a variety of screw hole placements; screw hole location is critical with synthetic stocks. Compare your current pad with the templates for our Pre-Fit Pads by removing your old pad, standing your gun on the template and then doing the same with your old pad to check for screw hole location. The accuracy of the pad is on the template line, not inside the line.

Measure the length of your rifle stock before installing Kick-eez Gun Recoil Pad. Mark the location of the screws, then drill a hole. After drilling one inch of holes you can place the pad above the holes. Align the new holes with your old ones.
