The following financial reports are available to help you to analyze and assess your financial performance and close your books:
Administrators must set up the financial reports. To learn more, see the Kenandy Configuration Guide, which is available on the Resources Page of the Kenandy Community.
The financial report is displayed.

For the income statement, you can select the Total checkbox if you want to include a column showing the totals for the period range in the report. This checkbox is not available for selection if the Quarter or Year checkbox is selected.
Examples of a custom segments include the product line, cost center, and department.
If you select Period in the Column segment field, then you can select the Period, Quarter, and Year checkboxes to include columns for these time intervals in the report.

An expanded report line shows the amounts included in it, the amounts included in the report lines underneath it, and a total line for the amounts included in all of these report lines.
After expansion, the Expand All icon becomes the Collapse All icon (represented by two facing arrows).

You can view more details about only amounts that are links.
The drilldown report is displayed under a new tab. This report shows details for the linked amount, such as posting dates, source documents, source lines, accounting entry numbers, accounting entry lines , GL accounts, periods, and amounts for debits and credits. You can click the links for some fields in the report to view more supporting details.
The next time that you access the drilldown report, you see the columns in the locations that you designate.
Details about the value that you click are displayed on the appropriate page under a new tab.

To export the report into a comma-separated value file, click Export and select CSV.
For all financial statements except for the trial balance statements, the CSV file includes all of the lines in the financial report, regardless of whether the lines are displayed on the screen.
For the trial balance statements, the CSV file includes only the financial report lines that are displayed on the screen.
The PDF file includes only the financial report lines that are displayed on the screen.

The CSV file is displayed. Debit and credit amounts are displayed in the CSV file even when you hide these amounts in the drilldown report.
