THE ARBORETUM,
completed
in April 2012, is a residential
building located in close proximity
to Piotrkowska Street, in Łódz. The
area was once home to the unique,
art-nouveau brick façade of the
Aleksander Schicht manufacturing
facility, and this heritage has been
respected by incorporating two of
the original building’s walls into
the design. The building offers 315
residential units and 319 parking
spaces, as well as functionally
finished common areas, fencing
and a green courtyard with a
playground.
