short of imagination. It combines
elements of fusion cuisine and
ethnic flavours with modern
molecular cuisine, which allows
for the preparation of original
dishes while maintaining the
maximum possible freshness and
nutritional value. Restaurant
Filharmonia is beautifully
located on the banks of the river
Motława, with remarkable
views of Gdansk’s Old Town.
The building dates back to the
19th century, while the dining
space is composed of two levels,
in addition to a VIP room and
two terraces. Plus, when visiting,
