WIZZ AIR STAFF
NAME:
DANIEL GYORFI
POSITION:
WEB SYSTEMS MANAGER
What could you not do your
job without?
My colleagues and my ToDo list support
me the best, to keep my knowledge up
to date and to keep track of the constant
progress of the company.
What is your favourite place
in any city?
Whenever I visit a new city, I like to use
its public transportation network. I always
try to travel on the buses, trams, trains or
any kind of special vehicle in the area.
What is the best part of
your job?
It is really exciting to manage a website
that is used all over Europe. The new
website not only makes it easier for
customers to create and manage
bookings, it’s always such a great
experience to work on.
Is there anywhere on the
network that you’ve not
been to just yet, but would
like to visit?
My favourite country as a destination is
Spain. So far I haven’t had the chance to
visit Barcelona, but I plan to this year.
What is your favourite route?
It must be the Budapest-London.
Wizz Air ’s flight schedule allows you to
arrive there in the morning and come back
at night, after a whole day of going out
and shopping.
How long have you been with
the company?
I started part time as a student more
than five years ago and, after working
as a developer, I became an IT manager
in 2009.
Which is your favourite city
and why?
I am lucky to say that my favourite city is
my hometown Budapest, but my second
choice would certainly be Granada, Spain.
Living in this small town is like being in a
thrilling, Mediterranean city.
