Donations delivered on
CEB’s newAirbus A330
Cebu Pacific, in cooperation
with the Airbus Corporate
Foundation and Aviation Sans
Frontières, transported 2.4 tons
of donations on March 11 using
its brand new Airbus A330
aircraft.
The donations included
new clothes and shoes for
children and babies, teddy
bears, pens and schoolbooks,
as well as blankets and medical
supplies. The shipment is
destined for communities
affected by severe flooding and

can now book and
check in for flights
using their mobile
devices.

Pacific and Tigerair
Philippines flights
and book one-way or
round-trip tickets for
up to 14 guests. The
app can also be used
to purchase baggage
allowances and select
seats, paid through
Visa and MasterCard.
Check-in using
the app is available
from 72 to four hours
prior to departure
for international
destinations and up
to two hours ahead
of domestic flights.
When a seat is not
selected, a free seat
will be assigned at the
end of the check-in
process. Boarding
passes will then be
issued, which may be
sent through e-mail
or saved as an image
in the phone. The app
was earlier released for
use on iOS devices.

The donations were collected
by Aviation Sans Frontières
and presented to World
Vision, an international non-
governmental organization,
and the World Vision
Development Foundation.
Aviation Sans Frontières
has been a regular partner of
the Airbus Foundation since
2008 for flights from Toulouse.
This non-governmental
organization supports Airbus
humanitarian ferry flights from
France to countries in need
or which have been affected
by natural disasters.

to help deserving causes in
our customers’ countries,”
says Fabrice Brégier, Chief
Executive Officer of Airbus.
