glamour.Canneswouldsurely rankhighon
anydoggyqualityof life index–50percent

London iseightpercent), and thereareno
fewer than 11dogpamperingparlourshere.

(NOK34.6bn) in totalayearon their furry
friends. InCannes, thatdoesn’t justmean
food– itmeansaromatherapy treatments,
perfumespritzes, leopard-printpantiesand

Perhaps themost luxuriousdogspot
isForVIPDogs, a fewsteps from the
InterContinentalCarltonon theCroisette,
Cannes’ famousseafrontpromenade.This
high-endgroomingparlourdoublesasa
boutique.Oneof thepink-paintedwalls is
devotedexclusively todoggyclothes,with
ballerinadresses jostling for spacewith
shinygoldsequinnedbomber jacketsand fur
