too, as it’s a great method of leveraging their capitol.
According to the report, which is based on a survey
of over 600 investors, “sentiment towards real
estate remains positive. More than half of the
respondentswithmulti-asset portfolios said that
theywould increase their real estate allocations in
the next 12months into 2016. TheU.S. will be a
preferred destination for global capital.”
So, prospects are good, but finding the right
property canbe tricky. Investmentmanagement
