The dual-side drive system, made from 10-gauge Steel, is constructed. The TS is a welded tube with a solidly attached gantry. The unit is complete and ready to use. Before delivery, the plasma and controller are installed and tested. Victory Unitized CNC Plasma System has a work table with a double-frame structural frame that houses a 3/16'' walled tub and is mounted on a W4x13 frame.

As standard equipment, they include all the extras that our competitors charge for: automatic torch height controls, automatic torch collision prevention, helical planet drive gear boxes and pneumatic pretensioning. Emergency stop switches are located exactly where they need to be. All plasmas and controllers are tested and installed before shipment. While other manufacturers finish their systems on the factory floor, we ship and install complete systems.
