Fanny C. Dobbs was born in August, 1829 in Georgia.1 She was the daughter of Mormon Dobbs and Sarah Cape. She married Jonathan A. Fountain on October 20, 1849 in Cherokee County, Georgia.2

Fanny C. Dobbs was also known as Francis C. Dobbs.1
