  • What is Fuzzie?

    Fuzzie gives you instant cashback on lots of awesome brands. It's a smart new way to shop that lets you stretch your dollar effortlessly. If you keep using Fuzzie first when you shop, you can potentially save thousands every year.

  • How does it work?

    Fuzzie sells e-gift cards from major brands and awards you instant cashback for your purchases. Here is how it works:

    • Step 1. Choose a gift card

      Browse over 100 brands on Fuzzie and select the gift card value you would like to buy.

    • Step 2. Confirm your cashback amount

      Every gift card value you choose will display the cashback amount you will receive.

    • Step 3. Checkout and get instant cashback

      Pay with your credit card or Fuzzie Credits. Your cashback will be credited instantly into your Fuzzie account after purchase. Use your cashback for your next purchase or cash it out to your bank account.*

    • Step 4. Redeem your gift card

      For online stores like Zalora, enter your promo code sent to you on the merchant site (follow the instructions given on where to enter the code). For physical stores like Dunkin’ Donuts, let the staff enter a pin on the e-gift card on your phone to complete the redemption.

  • Can Fuzzie gift cards be used to buy items on sale or promotion sold by the merchant?

    Fuzzie gift cards are like cash vouchers and they can be used to purchase any items sold by the merchant including items on sale or promotion.

  • Who can use Fuzzie?

    Anyone with a registered Singapore mobile number.

  • Where is Fuzzie available?

    Fuzzie is only available in Singapore for now.

  • Do I need to buy Fuzzie credits to make purchases?

    Not at all. You can pay directly with your credit cards too.

  • What are the payment methods you accept?

    We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX credit cards. All credit transactions are handled by Braintree, one of the most secure payment processing companies. We also accept payments using Fuzzie credits. You can top up your credits by purchasing The Fuzzie Card and by accumulating cashback.

  • Can Fuzzie gift cards be used in conjunction with cashback sites like Shopback and Ebates?

    Our brand partners do allow this to the best of our knowledge. Nonetheless, these are 3rd party sites that we do not control and we advise that you check with them if in doubt. You can also reach out to us at support@fuzzie.com.sg and we will do our best to help.

  • Must I use my gift cards purchased right away?

    Your gift cards are valid for several months and you can use them anytime during this period. You can check the validity period of each gift card under their T&Cs.

  • What is a Power Up and how does it work?

    A Power Up is a temporary boost to your cashback for participating brands. The Power Up cashback for each brand is highlighted with a lightning icon. You can buy as many gift cards as you like (subject to the sales limits set by the brands) during the Power Up period to enjoy the bonus cashback and use them anytime within the validity period of the gift cards..

  • I have a Power Up code. What should I do?

    Simply activate your code on Fuzzie to enjoy your Power Up. Go to the app home page>Me>Fuzzie Code. Enter your code and press activate. You will now see a Power Up timer counting down the time before your Power Up ends. Brands that have powered up will be marked by a lightning icon, which will also show the bonus cashback amount you can enjoy.

Redeeming gift cards

  • How do I redeem my gift cards?

    Simple! If you are redeeming a brick & mortar brand like Costa Coffee, press the Redeem button on your gift card and present your phone to the staff for them to enter a pin.

    If you are redeeming an online brand like ZALORA, press the Redeem button to obtain your unique gift code. Copy and paste the code either on the merchant's promo code section during checkout or on their Gift Card section. Instructions are given on your gift card on which option to follow.

  • Why is there a countdown timer shown after I choose to redeem my gift card for online brands?

    Users have given us feedback that they were finding it increasingly difficult to separate their used gift cards from the unused ones as they purchased more and more gift cards. We've devised the countdown system to automatically separate out the used cards, making it a lot easier for you to manage all your cards.

  • How long is the countdown for redeeming online brands?

    The countdown timer is set at 24 hours from the moment you press the Redeem button and approve redemption. The countdown will not commence if you do not approve redemption. You can redeem your gift card anytime during the validity period of your card which typically ranges from 3 months to 12 months.

  • Can I still use my gift code on the merchant site after the countdown?

    Yes, you can. The countdown only moves the card to the "Used" section of your Gift Box. Your gift code will still be active (as long as it's within its validity period) and you can still redeem it on the merchant site.

  • Will I be able to access my gift code after the countdown?

    Yes, you can. To retrieve your code, go to the "Used" section of your Gift Box, open your gift card and press the View Code button.

  • How long are The Fuzzie Cards valid for?

    For e-Cards, you will need to activate them within 2 years from the date of purchase. For physical cards, you need to activate them by the date printed on the card, which is typically about 2 years long. Once you activate the card, your credits will never expire if you keep topping up at least once every 2 years from the date of activation. You can top up by earning cashback from your next purchase or by activating another Fuzzie Card.
