Rain: If there is a 50% or greater chance of rain during your event, you can reschedule, receive a credit for up to one year, or get a refund if you cancel before 7:00 am on the event day. If the forecast predicts scattered showers or less than a 50% chance of rain, we recommend proceeding with your scheduled delivery. For continuous rain forecasts, we advise you to cancel or reschedule. Wind: Inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 20 mph (15 mph for some items). Once the delivery truck leaves the warehouse, you are responsible for full payment with no exceptions.
