#131344- ListenPropertyChange doesn't work for dynamically added datasource has been fixed.
#129944- While dragging series below the minimum value of axis, dragging tooltip will retain inside the chart area now.

#131647- Fastline and FastLineBitmapSeries with irregular datapoints will be woking fine while zooming and panning.

In GridColumnSizer class, a new parameter named QueryBounds is introduced in both Measuretext and GetTextBlock method.
