Uninstalling the Deep Security Agent
Preconditions
The Deep Security Agent protects itself from accidental removal and cannot be removed while it is activated. Before attempting to remove the agent, ensure that you have deactivated the agent using the Deep Security Manager.
If the Deep Security Agent is not connected to the Deep Security Manager, you can reset it using the command line:

Linux | sudo /opt/dsa/dsa_control --selfprotect 0 |
To remove the agent
Microsoft Windows
Go to the Control Panel and select Uninstall a program. Look for the Trend Micro Deep Security Agent and then select Uninstall.
Linux
Graphical Package Manager
If your version of Linux provides a graphical package management tool, you can search for the ds_agent
package
and use the tool remove the package.
Command Line
Look for your Linux vendor in the table below and execute the associated command to remove the agent.
