Set Up Teacher Training Checklist

The Setup Teacher Training checklist card helps administrators efficiently manage teacher training, benefiting teachers, students, and admins by ensuring that training is organized and accessible.

To use the Set Up Teacher Training checklist:

 

1.    In the HMH Ed™ banner, click the Home tab and then in the Setup Teacher Training card, click the Start button.

 

The Set Up Teacher Training page appears.

 

2.    If district/school licensing includes Coachly, select from three information cards:

      Register Teachers for Pathway Sessions – Click the title link to open the Teacher Pathway Success scheduling tool. (See Assign Teachers to Live Pathway Sessions for details.)

 

      Assign Coachly Licenses – Click the title link to open the Coachly license allocation. (See View and Assign Coachly Licenses for details.)

 

      Schedule Teacher Training – Click the Copy Email button to copy the contact email for HMH Professional Services.

3.    If district/school licensing does not include Coachly, select from two information cards:

      Register Teachers for Pathway Sessions – Click the title link to open the Teacher Pathway Success scheduling tool. (See Assign Teachers to Live Pathway Sessions for details.)

 

      Schedule Teacher Training – Click the Copy Email button to copy the contact email for HMH Professional Services.

4.    When you have completed the activities, click the Mark As Complete button. The card is moved to the end of the checklist and marked as "Completed."
