They beganemploying a staff of both cooks, with Sherman leading them, and front house staff, with Kathryn taking the customer service lead. "It was great to see the success, but really my favorite thing is seeing the smiles on my neighbors\' faces after they enjoy a delicious meal," says Kathryn.
