Connecting the Dots: Reimagining the Sequence of Topics for an Algebra Class

Description

After 37 years of teaching algebra 1, the presenter--a lead author of Principles to Actions--has reorganized the sequencing of topics in the course to help students make connections. Participants will be given an outline of topics, ideas for sequencing, and examples of high cognitive demand tasks that could be used in your algebra class.
