Walking in Another's Shoes: Middle School Math Projects about Equity, Diversity, and Social Justice

This workshop will present several projects I do with my seventh and eighth graders around the topics of social justice and diversity. We will explore how statistics can reveal biases and injustices in the world around us, and look at math history through the lens of identity and privilege.
