Coach as Learner

Wearing the label of "expert" can be problematic for coaches because it sets up a hierarchy that can interfere with creating a learning partnership with teachers. In this session, we will share a case study focused on how one coach became a learning partner with a teacher by publicly admitting her inexperience with a specific model (the rekenrek).
