Growing an Understanding of Algebra: Models of Letters to Grow Students' Algebraic Understanding

Description

Participants will see how students built and shared mathematical models. Here students are positioned to be problem solvers when they create and analyze tables, write equations, create verbal descriptions, construct graphs, and connect these representations as recommended in Principles to Actions. This session will have a focus on supporting productive struggle in kids.
