We know that not all markets are equal and that they serve different segments of the population so we adapt the assortment of products in our stores according to the preferences of our customers.

A corporate leader must have the elements necessary to make operations more efficient. Accordingly, at the end of 2011, we completed the installation of SAP, a centralized system that tracks the merchandise in our stores and integrates them into the finance module so that we have the full cycle of purchasing, inventory management and financial functions in a single system. It is a fact that the use of this system and other technological tools has improved our efficiency, productivity and key indicators.

Proof of the aforementioned is the improvement in our working capital at year-end 2012, with a 4.5-day reduction in inventory turnover in Mexico.
