History: An Army staff Sargent by the name of Schulke built this 1910 bungalow. Mr. Schulke added a bathroom in the 1930’s. The house was sold to the current owner’s sister in 1940 and she retained ownership until 1946. It was then sold to Mr. Daniel Young who in turn, sold to Frank Steadman in 1976. The Steadmans purchased the garage buildings from Del Bennett in 1980 and moved them from Coupeville to their present site.  They were attached in 1982. The alcove on the south façade of the house was enclosed in 1982.

Description: Bungalow. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; rectangle  (18’ x 25’) with gable roof addition on south façade; 3 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories.
