History: Clarence I. Wanamaker, a merchant of Port Townsend, contracted Otto Van Dyk to built this bungalow. In 1966, the house was sold to Mr. Bud Wagner, who in turn sold to Mr. Scholz in 1976.

Description: Bungalow. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; rectangle (30’ x 26’); 3 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories.
