History: This complex is known as the Old Comstock Place, but Comstock never lived there. Freeman Boyer Sr. bought the place from Comstock, and in the 1920’s, lived in a house across from Engle Road at the corner of Hill Road which no longer stands.

Description: Farm complex. Wood frame gambriel-roofed barn; rectangle (20’ x 30’).
