History: This house was built for Charles T. Terry by Mr. Glazier, a local carpenter. Terry was a farmer who raised livestock and had an enormous prune orchard. The Terry House was moved to 1595 SR 20 adjacent to the old Boyer place.

Description: Vernacular Farmhouse. Wood frame set on block foundation; L-shape (24’ x 16’); 5 bays wide; 2 1/2-stories.
