History: This farmhouse may have been built before 1900, and possibly by Will Boyer who lived there for many years. The McClouds owned the property later, and sold it to Clark Sherman in the 1940’s. Sherman sold it Wolf in 1982. The house was moved to its present site when the highway came through in 1967.

Description: Vernacular Farmhouse. Wood frame set on concrete block foundation; L-shape (20’ x 35’); 2 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories.
