History: The old grade school on Madrona Way was moved to its present site from Coupeville. It had been the residence of Ethel Libbey. After its use as a schoolhouse it became a residence once again, with ownership belonging to the John Priest family.
Description: Remodeled vernacular schoolhouse. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle (38’ x 24’); 3 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories.
