History: These two boathouses were built on Good Beach in 1915 by Frank Pratt to store his oriental boats made of teakwood. Later, they housed dories used for smelt fishing. Pratt acquired a one acre parcel from John Priest in exchange for tideland rights.

Description: Vernacular boathouses. Wood frame set on stone foundation; rectangle (14’ x 10’); 1 bay wide; 1-story.
