History:  This house was built for Annie and George Libbey by local carpenter Charlie Lyons.  They left their ranch at West Beach for this new home.  They lived here until 1954 when Mrs. Ted Maylor purchased it.  A porch and door on the east façade were removed by the Maylor’s.  They sold the property to Forrest Frey c. 1974-76.  Frey traded it for a place in Hawaii about 1980. 

Description:  Vernacular Residence with Queen Anne elements.  Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle (28’ x 20’) with additions on south façade ; 3 bays wide; 1-story.
