History: H.B. Lovejoy built this house in 1886 for his mother-in-law, Sara Jane Robertson Todd. She never resided in the house and several people owned the house until it was purchased in 1917 by Shirley Parker. The house remained in the Parker family for over fifty years. With the exception of the minor alteration to the front porch, this maintains its integrity.

Description: Queen Anne Residence. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; rectangle; 3 bays wide; 1 ½-stories; shiplap siding; wood-shingled gable roof sloping down to enclosed porch with 2-story, attached polygonal tower on northwest façade; corbelled exterior end chimney on west façade.
