History: The City Hall building was built c. 1900 as the caretaker’s residence at the Fort Casey Pumping Station on Wanamaker Road . The City of Coupeville acquired the property. The building was moved to its present location in 1957. The building was remodeled in 1977 with an addition added to the west façade, the roof line extended, and windows replaced.

Description: Vernacular Residence. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; L-shape; 4 bays wide; 1-story; aluminum siding; wood-shingled hip roof; interior off-set chimney.
