History: This house was constructed c. 1890. Over the years, there have been several owners and many changes made to the structure. Esther Munson lived in the house in the 1950’s and remodeled the original 3 room house at that time. A shed roof porch on the south façade was incorporated into 2 more rooms. In 1973, the Marsh’s purchased the house from Bob Jackson. They extensively remodeled the structure, doubling its size. An addition was constructed on the south façade, the bay window was added, and a foundation placed under the house.

Description: Bungalow. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; rectangle with 1-story gable roof addition on south façade; 3 bays wide; 1 ½-stories; wood shingle siding with clapboard skirting; asphalt-shingled gable roof with cross gable on west façade; center chimney.
