History: This house was built in the 1920’s. In the mid-1940’s, the Stark’s purchased the house for rental property. In 1974, Peter Jefferds purchased the house, and also used it for rental purposes.

Description: Vernacular Cottage. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; square; 3 bays wide; 1-story; board and batten siding with clapboard below; wood-shingled gable roof with extended eaves; off-center interior chimney on south façade. Exterior features include multi-pane/1 fixed sash; 1/1 double-hung sash; molded cornice and plain surrounds; exposed rafter ends; plain fascia board; small entrance landing with plain wood railing on north façade.
