History: This house was built in 1938 as a summer home for a non-local family. Few changes appear to have been made to the exterior of the structure.

Description: Bungalow. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; 5 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories; wood shingle siding; wood-shingled gable roof with extended eaves; off-center interior chimneys on north façade. Exterior features include paired, multi-pane/1 double-hung sash with plain surrounds; shed-roofed dormer extends across north façade; smaller, shed-roofed dormer on south façade; exposed rafter ends and purlins; gable-roofed overhang supported by braces over entrance on north façade; 3 stair brick landings; brick patio extends across north façade; stairs with carved wood railing down to basement on west façade; gable façade.
