History: The Masonic Lodge Building was constructed in 1874 by John Alexander at a cost of $600.00. Two additions have been made to the structure on the south and west sides. The columns on the east façade were from an Old Bank of Everett office in Oak Harbor.

Description: Vernacular Lodge Building with Classical elements. Wood frame set on concrete/stone foundation; 3 bays wide; 2-stories; asbestos siding; wood-shingled gable rood; center front entrance; off-set interior chimney on north façade. Exterior features include 1/1 double-hung sash and 3-pane fixed sash with plain surrounds; 1-story Doric columns supporting second story overhang forming an arcade, on east façade; extended fable roof portico above entrance on south façade; circular metal stairway to second floor entrance on north façade.
