History: Frank Newberry, a diversified local farmer, built this bungalow and barn. Mr. Newberry sold the property to Moritz Pickard in the late 1930’s, who sold it to his son Herb in 1948.

Description: Bungalow. Wood frame set on concrete foundation; 5 bays wide; one and a half stories; clapboard siding with wood-shingled gable ends; exterior end chimney on south façade. Exterior features include 1/1 double-hung sash with plain surrounds; lozenge-shape leaded glass; exposed rafter ends; entrance on east façade with small deck.
