History: Pete Hockenbury lived in this house in the 1950’s and willed it to the Masons. The date of the house is not known, but Hockenbury did extensive remodeling (40% interior) in 1948 and the Island County Assessor placed a new effective date of 1955 on the property.

Description: Bungalow. Wood frame set on concrete blocks; 1 story; wood shingle siding; asphalt-shingled gable roof with extended eaves. Exterior features include 1/1 double-hung sash; multi-pane fixed sash; plain frieze board; plain wood railing; side stairs; and wood sill.
