History: The wharf and warehouse were built in 1905 with funds raised by a local corporation of farmers and merchants. In 1914, Elmer Calhoun purchased the wharf. The Wharf is owned by the Port of Coupeville and used by pleasure boaters. The warehouse building is now a gift shop/restaurant.

Description: Warehouse/Commercial building has a wood frame set on post and block/piling foundation; L-shape, and is 2 ½ stories high; shiplap siding; wood-shingled gable roof with hip roof on west façade. The roof towers were removed.
