History:  This house was built c. 1922 as part of a farm complex for Mr. Erhess.  The farm complex was divided and the Lupiens purchased the house in 1960.  Many changes have been made to the exterior of house since 1960.  The building no longer retains integrity of design and materials. The barn came down in snowstorm of 1996.

Description:  Vernacular Residence.  Wood fram set on brick/concrete block foundation; L-shape (40’ x 38’) with 1-story hip roof addition on east façade; 1 1/2-stories.
