The property passed from Charles Grimes to his wife Alice Burnham Grimes in 1926, who in turn passed the property to her doughter-in-law Josie Grimes. Mrs. Grimes sold to Robert Tull in 1963. Mr. Tull remains the current owner, using the house as rental property.
