History: This was a Zylstra house, built c. 1925 in Oak Harbor, and moved from its original location (on Pioneer Way) to its present site c. W.W.II. The exterior appearance of the house remains the same as when originally constructed.
Description: Vernacular “Box-Style” Residence. Wood frame set on concrete block foundation; rectangle (18’ x 32’); 3 bays wide; 1 ½-stories; clapboard siding with wood shingle above; wood shingled hit roof with extended eaves.
