At Bounce Orlando, we allow our residential customers the opportunity to cancel at any time and for any reason, so long as our crews have not arrived at your party location. If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments except the deposit amount, which we will apply to your account as a raincheck that may be used up to one year from the cancellation date.

At Home Bounce House
We know that you may have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. Residential customers can cancel at any moment and for any reason at Bounce Orlando. However, our crews must not have arrived at the party location. If you decide to cancel, all payments will be refunded, with the exception of the deposit amount. We will then apply a raincheck to your account that can be used for up to one-year from the date of cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: At the management's sole discretion, large events are exempted by our cancellation and rainfall policies. Customers whose events are exempted from these exceptions, will be notified prior to deposit payment. Our cleaning process starts with a visual inspection, notation, and repair of any damage or points of concern. Once the unit passes our fitness inspection, our crews fully vacuum and remove any loose debris before wiping down the entirety of the inflatable with SimpleGreen All-Purpose Cleaner. After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.
This non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaner is found in hospitals around the world because of its effectiveness at killing 99.9% of over 75 viruses, bacteria, fungi, molds, and mildews!
